Historic Restoration

Restoring Chicago’s Historic Homes

When founder and general contractor Tommy O’Neill began working as a carpenter in 1983, he soon found himself working in Chicago’s most historic homes. That began a legacy of honoring timeless architecture and restoring homes to their original glory.

Paul and Jean Harris House Renovation

In 2019, Rotary International entrusted Beverly Cabinets & Construction with the extensive renovation of the Paul and Jean Harris Home, now a museum honoring Rotary’s founders.

We were chosen for our skill, integrity, and attention to detail—qualities we bring to every project we undertake. It was an honor to help preserve this historic residence where Paul Harris, Chicago attorney and founder of Rotary International, lived with his wife, Jean, from 1912 to 1947.

Through our craftsmanship, we are proud to have contributed to maintaining the character and legacy of this important landmark for future generations.
